Exchange Eligibility
Products purchased from Izzay may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for exchange via WhatsApp or message at 0321-2158040. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and inform you of the outcome.
